been out of the game for the most part the past year or so and I'm looking to get back into it. The cat suggested I try applying, so here I am.
Jobs: 75 BRD/THF/NIN/RNG well geared and merited with the exception of RNG (I havent played much since hitting 75 on it though it is still well geared)
Do you meet our minimum requirements?

Past linkshell/server, reason for leaving?
Magitek disbanded and seems quite a few of them ended up here.
What time can you play?
Primarily evenings and tuesday/wednesdays off from work
Who can access your account? Why?

Do you understand a Minimum of of 50% attendance is MANDATORY during the trial period?
yes, should be able to make that barring anything major coming up
